WOMEN'S HEALING CIRCLE
6-Week Therapy Group for women healing from toxic relationships, trauma bonds, and emotional wounds.
This therapist-led group explores toxic dynamics, trauma bonds, boundaries, and rebuilding self-trust.
What You’ll Gain
Build emotional regulation skills and reduce self-criticism, shame, and negative self-talk
Recognize unhealthy relationship patterns
Understand codependency and people-pleasing habits
Explore the impact of culture and barriers while practicing healthy boundaries

• A full payment or first installment is required to reserve your spot
• All payments must be completed by May 6, 2026
• Missed sessions are non-refundable
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the group start date are eligible for a 75% refund
• No refunds will be issued once the group has begun
